Tebow signed with the Eagles after two seasons away from

The move to trade Barkley seemingly secured Tebow's place as the third-string quarterback with the team, but according to Howard Eskin of 94WIP Radio in Philadelphia, Chip Kelly is looking elsewhere for help at quarterback.
