Blizzard announced that
Diablo IV Gold is still getting Set Items, though you'll probably have to wait until after launch to utilize them in game.
Game designer Joe Shely explains during a recent roundtable interview that the reimagining of sets in a manner that works with Diablo 4 properly wouldn't be possible until the beginning of next year, even though the team is thinking of making them part of Live service.
"As we've been building the game, it seemed like we could evolve sets in a different manner that is different from what we've experienced within Diablo 3. But, we needed some more time to integrate them in a way that will integrate well with the rest of Diablo 4, so you will not see any sets when you first start into the game." Shely explains. "We believe that sets are awesome, and we're looking to be sure that they're done right - therefore, we're looking over for our Live service."
"There's a legendary staff member in the demo
cheap Diablo 4 Gold, which transforms the spell's fireball into the triple fireball spell" former director of the game Luis Barriga told Polygon(opens in new tab) in 2019. "The one difference could be that it's true that a spell that's in use right now in Diablo 3 gives you bonuses up to a few thousand. I think we're designing this game now to be a little more restricted to prevent getting us into that super escalating Power Curve."
