Blizzard Tainment has reacted to the comments received about World of Warcraft 's controversial change to the scale of enemies. Recently, it was discovered WoTLK Gold that the health of enemies in the MMO can change based on the quality of the equipment you've installed. This huge change, which Blizzard claimed it was against earlier in the year (via Eurogamer), is changing in response to feedback from players regarding the change.

In a forum post today, Blizzard said it is currently "significantly diminuting the rate of how health of creatures scales in accordance with your level of the item." This change is already within World of Warcraft .

"All we're trying to do this is stop instances in which monsters die too rapidly for players to respond to their presence, in particular within World Quests," Blizzard explained. "Our initial settings were far higher in intensity than it had to be, which could cause you to believe that your upgrades weren't actually helping. This adjustment will make it quite clear that you're not yet gaining significant strength over your enemies as your gear increases."

Another notable change that is now live in the game is that Blizzard is cutting down on amount of damage that enemies can deal. "Our overall goal with this change is to prevent the time needed to take out a threat from becoming ridiculously short, and increasing the damage they do does not serve that purpose," Blizzard said. "Instead this felt like they were becoming more dangerous, which is not our intent."

Blizzard said that the mentioned modifications buy WOW WoTLK Classic Gold were available within World of Warcraft through the 7.2 Public Test Realm patch and date back to January. The developer did not tells players immediately about it as the studio wanted "raw accurate and genuine feedback."
