There are other one-off enhancements that aren't related to WoTLK Gold in the update that merit being mentioned. For instance, a brand new event will be added into at the Darkmoon Faire that will see participants compete in head-to-head dance contests. Also, there's the inclusion of casting options that are additional to the ability cast--click casting and mouseover casting that were previously offered only to players who install third-party add-ons in order to utilize. The patch wouldn't be complete without balance tweaks and 9.2 has plenty of those also and includes Shamans Priests, Shamans, as well as Death Knights in particular receiving significant modifications.

Cross-faction play, which allows Horde as well as Alliance players to play at first in game's history was announced recently but it's not available in patch 9.2. The Jailer is planning to use the mysteries that lie within Zereth Mortis to change the shape of reality and bend it according to his evil will.
