Most often this involves just finding a zone of the corresponding level range, but even within them there are ideal areas that make farming more efficient.

If you’re going to farm for raw materials, skinning and herbalism are generally your best options. Mining isn’t a bad choice for low levels, but high amounts of competition make it not as good. Fishing is an extremely boring skill for many people, which means most people just don’t have the patience to reach 300.
