"We are working on behalf of Smilegate RPG on a hotfix to fix this issue, which we plan to release on Monday. At the moment, we strongly suggest avoiding the Tytalos Guardian Raid to ensure you don't spend precious time or resources in an event that is not functioning properly."
The team says that it's investigating ways to offer "compensation" towards players who've been "block from progressing" because of this problem with Tytalos. "We will be sharing more information as soon as we have it. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this situation," the post concludes. A hotfix is expected be out on Monday, 14th March.
This week, the game's developer removed more than a million Lost Ark accounts it believed were bots. It also stated that its team "has been working to develop effective methods and tools to detect and eliminate Bots that are banned from playing" and acknowledging that "in the massive ban wave there is a possibility that a tiny fraction of gamers could be misinterpreted with bots".
The week before the team claimed that this was "just one part of the ongoing battle" and
