The biggest product comes from Abyssal Lords that require up to 115 Slayer for killing. The massive demons drop a new melee weapon that is tier 92 called the Abyssal Scourge. The less powerful Abyssal Savage creatures which require 95 Slayer to kill don't have any special drops.
