I have tried runningesape three years ago. I create account log in do a tutorial. Then my friend said "Lets go to an oldschool account RuneScape Gold". So i move it there, leaving this account to the side. After 3 years (So Now) I log back in and play. When I first joined i clicked on box "Your account is disabled" and began playing (i dont realized what tha box means yet).

I am beginning to level my first skill and am able to reach the new level. I hear someone say "Gratulation" and I was going to say thank you but couldn't! Now i know what "mute" means, so I begin searching for ways to gain mute.

There is nothing I can think of other than the an original forum that is the only way to get muted, but not much else. Then I came across one post here and went to page of "Account configurations" and then check your account's status... Permanatly muted?

So as there is evidence button, i click it to see what I've done (Yes i clicked on "Yes I'd like to see the evidence") Do you know the answer? Your account has been implicated in major rule-breaking.
