Certain of our games include proof-of-concepts. Other parts of
RS gold our games are available on various platforms. The issue of which we pick is a different one. Should we place the MMO or all of them on one console All of these are important questions we need to answer.
Our company is primarily a technology and games studio. Of our 400 staff, about 250 are technical which is because we create our own tools to meet everything we require. So we do a load of research and development, and the challenge for us was whether we could create a software package that would take our code and output it to an C# version that could be used on the Xbox 360, Wii and PS3.
This was the first thing I wanted to do as I began my journey with Jagex. Once we realized that this was possible, we were able to implement our code on consoles. Technically, it's possible. But what do the platform owners think about the free-to use model? This is a fantastic idea. We're currently facing many issues and these are just a few of the subjects we're discussing with the owners of platforms.
My aim is to create a completely free game on
cheap OSRS gold all the consoles out there, where we preserve the current free-to-play model. While I think that this is the most effective way for the industry to progress, I doubt that they are going this direction. However all content that is available on WiiWare or PSN has a price tag.
