In case you have an Xbox and require a bit more basketball in MT 2K22 your life this weekend, then you can play NBA 2K21 for free for a limited time thanks to Xbox's latest Free Play Days event.

The recurring weekend event featured two free matches this weekend with instead of the occasional 3 titles with the other match being TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 2 that is similarly free to play from now until May 16th in the end of the day.

As is true for all of the Free Play Days, possessing an Xbox by itself isn't enough to ensure you're going to be able to play with the free games. That should not be an issue for most gamers, but in case your subscriptions have lapsed, you won't have the ability to playwith.

Of course, NBA 2K21 being included at the Free Play Days this time might not be as sweet a deal for a number of players as it could be for many others. That is because the game is contained in the Xbox Game Pass subscription service, so if you're subscribed to tier of this, you have already got the NBA game as a playable possibility. The game remains full price throughout the Free Play Days event and isn't discounted like those games sometimes are, so if you want to receive the game, you'll still have to pay the $59.99 tag.

TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 2, on the other hand, isn't contained in Xbox Game Pass and can be discounted at this time, so if you're looking for something new to play perhaps buy, that is your best choice. It's available for $18 right now if you opt to Cheap 2K22 MT pick this up during the Free Play Times weekend.
