Overview

• Launched in NBA2K20 was considerably simpler than in NBA 2K21 MT we all understand that but I want to discuss why 2K's game this season is not fun and it moves farther beyond the shooting mechanics of the game.
  
  The regular NBA games are fine for the most part but there are nonetheless some misuse of mechanics like baseline drive cartoons which are seemingly unguardable together with the typical NBA player. The contest system is much better for everyone, particularly guards though (even without intimidator) on the interior and it requires players to set displays and induce mismatches which is good as it's imitating a real well thought out basketball play. No problems here.
  
  PvP sliders for the mycareer are dreadful. No I dont want to be stepping back using a two way slashing playmaker, but I would like to have an opportunity of being rewarded for setting up a teammate with a 75 3pt. 75 from a 100 is 3/4s, meaning that if a teammate is wide open with a 75 3pt shot on the perimeter, the shooter should have the ability to green 7/10 times. Rewarding poor defense by leaving somebody wide open since they dont have a 90+ point shot needs to be repaired, since this promotes paint sitting that also hinders slashers from enjoying nicely too.
  
  2K also incorporated a photo stick which really is different and pretty cool but there isn't any reason to use it when you're able to shoot consistently with the shot button. If youre going to employ a mechanic, give it a motive for people to use it. They should create the green window bigger or more consistent for those people with typical 3pt shots in order to encourage practicing the new mechanic and forcing the defense to actually play basketball defense.
  
  I know that although this can be a sporting simulation its not going to be ideal but as a video game there needs to be balance. There shouldn't be just one way to win (play shots chucking shots and glass cleaners catching them) because at this point it will become a shoot out and that can be lucky enough to green more, it should be the way you use what your myPlayer can perform with your teammates to a certain game plan so as to acquire a bucket. Now I know there are badges that boost certain staff plays but most listeners promote isolation play that takes away from the value of team play.
  
  I have 3 times played since the launch of Cheap MT NBA 2K21 this game and I have made the meta assembles and even my own assembles but this really is"MY"player, I want to be able to use my build to triumph, not base it in an abusive"meta" and beg. "Skill gap" is not what 2K implemented this season, what they did was implement luck/randomness that takes away from any ability. I have more issues with the gameplay complete and also some other game modes but this is also a"next gen" console so I'm hoping for new stuff later this year but this is merely the biggest problem I'm sure the community can agree on to the present gen game they have delivered.
