Overview

  • But I then moved back into 2KU & add more time & THINK I'm actually getting a hang of it starting to observe the method to 2K21 MT the madness, but can no longer examine it in actual game conditions.

TL; DR: Ultimately if you're going to shake up the shooting mechanics this radically & you also give us the demonstration can you please give individuals more games to figure out it, allow us to adjust problem, or give us access to groups which don't have such smothering defense? (& it wouldn't be possible to find those couple games that I missed out on back could it?)

So far it seems the new pro adhere makes the game a whole lot more fluid when all you have to worry about is shot orientation instead of release time. I feel as though the concept of our shots being tied to release timing was really pretty restricting and I never understood it until today. I am now able to state I'm happy with the new scheme. Game-changer for sure.

Hey could you elaborate on this a little? Especially about shot orientation. I haven't used the rod at all yet I have only been reading about it and you've got an interesting spin on things. Obviously. From what I've experienced and read there are several distinct options which players may have when it comes to shooting through the expert stick.

RELEASE TIMING - Similar to what we've seen in 2k20 and years past. You imagine the rod and release it at the ideal moment to have a perfect release. It may be late, early, or spot on.

STICK ORIENTATION - Should you play with 2KU or a Quick Game in the 2k21 demo, you will see this strategy. It is purely about you holding the expert stick down and then transferring it slightly left or right with the aim being to get the shot in the colored section of the shot meter. You're effectively lining up your shot. When you release the rod does not matter. In fact you can hold it down the whole time (strange to hear, I understand, for those who have been utilizing the pro stick in years previous). All that is buy NBA 2K21 MT Coins graded in this scheme is how well defended you're if your shot was too much left, too far right, or centered. This has been my favorite means to perform so far. I feel as though real-life gamers care less about when they release and more about lining up their own shot.
