  You get to hire you own staff (Yes you can in The Show too ), but you can have conversations with such folks and they'll provide you advice on who to scout, draft, etc.. It is also possible to have interviews and conversations with agents before they are drafted by you. NBA 2K players possess a sin and it goes if they don't work well or get less playing time, but you can speak with your NBA 2K gamers and try to cheer them up. 2k also shows media's which is an wonderful thing in itself. It has so much more depth than The Show.
  
  Franchise isn't nearly as bad although 2K gets the advantage of a studio like I mentioned in another opinion. If you don't like transactions that are unrealistic then don't make them. Of the 2K stuff you say is more fluff than stuff. It might be considered fluff but it makes the experience. If I didn't really like playing The Show I would be enjoying OOTP. Why people mimic franchise seasons it blows my mind. That seems mind. On this issue of fluff, the RTTS experience of The Show is barebones. It's hard to describe it without using 1000+ characters but I promise if every The Display NBA 2K participant spent some time playing MyCareer on 2k17.
  
  Comparing any career style to MyCareer is unfair. That form of gameplay and story functions really well in 2K because Basketball may be an independently led sport Where everything that your NBA 2K player does things at every point you're on the court. Baseball is a individual sport that a majority of the time is not spent actively engaging on Buy MT 2K20 the drama. No other game has been able to generate a good career style besides 2K for this reason. I would say RTTS is the best out there. I actually agree with that. The Display and 2k have two quite different demographics and the presentation of MyCareer likely would not be obtained by RTTS fans.
