  Quest name: A Rouge's Bounty. Skills required 90 Theiving and the ability defeat a level 215 Martin Thwait. The requirements for quests are: Shield of Arrav and Fremmy Trials. You must also have at least STARTED the Fremmy Isles. Difficulty: Hard. Talk with Straven or Katrine about beginning this quest. It all depends on the gang you have.
