Description :
Unless we're referring to a filter limiting what can be stated on the subreddit I am really confused on why anyone would want to skip a filter that supplies them with advice. Now if allegedlyy'all attempted to knock some key questions or phrases being thrown about that sub from time to time then yeah it's a'difficulty' (You guys wouldn't be the first game sub to have it, blink twice if Jagex hasy'all hostage) for you guys but I do not see a lot of people hoping to submit"link - entirely no ph15h guiys" or"I feel this is a de h 1 5 h ing attempt guys" or"look at this cool drop I received on ess are ess" so they don't have a comment in their article out of a bot.
No worries about the grilling concern. I am just trying to be thorough in my answers. The email entry filter was viewed as a low priority fix, and these posts were (and are) getting caught in other filters, so it was deemed unneeded for the time being. However, the other filters aren't specially intended for those articles, so only part are becoming entangled. Once more of the important tasks are finished, we will look at a number of the lower priority ones. It would not take much time to get a configuration set up to start testing an improved version. Additionally, a vast majority of subreddit moderation is not visible publicly, so while it may seem that we're not doing anything occasionally, there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes in addition to approving/removing articles and comments.
Our concern about filtering in this case is not whether someone will attempt to bypass it, and that remark was just to further the point that filters are not always powerful. Maybe mentioning the intentional bypassing was a little off topic for my prior comment. As mentioned before, the amount of OSRS-specific articles (not pertinent to RS3) submitted here is minimal as is, plus they do not amount to a notable portion of our everyday articles. However, those articles are redeemed by others that compare or link to both games.
These will probably match the criteria additionally to receive a reply redirecting them to 2007 Runescape once the intention was to post here, which isn't ideal as it would be irrelevant to the article topic and probably lead to complaints. Furthermore, when the criteria is too specific, it's improbable that the few posts that are designed to obtain this response will activate it. It is much easier for a individual to identify these posts and setting up this to work as planned is easier said than done for benefit.
Why are folks so toxic to fresh players? Wouldn't also the and also max high players want people with? More people = more cash, more updates (possibly if more began playing, paying( and demanding it) and also more people in Runescape game which will increase the economy and maintain Runescape lasting more. Honestly, players are treated by us when they're labeled as such. Dig up any ribbon people here actually pile most of the time and in which the OP acknowledges themselves as fresh.
